The impact of the Coronavirus now affects everyone, every authority and every company. At the moment, the number of infections is rising again, and in order to prevent the spread of the virus, we closely follow the advice and measures formulated by the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). The health of our employees, customers, and business relations is of the utmost importance and we take no risks. This means that we have observed and implemented the necessary preventive measures at Holland Hydraulics B.V. and Holland Actuators B.V. We would like to inform you about the preventive measures taken. The impact of the Coronavirus affects everyone, every agency, and every company. At the moment, the number of infections is rising again and, in order to prevent the spread of the virus, we are closely following the advice and measures taken by the RIVM.

The taken preventive measures

All employees have been informed about the most recent preventive measures taken by the RIVM and the measures taken by Holland Motion Group. These are respected for everyone’s safety.

Measures commercial departments

All employees who can work from home will work from home, effective immediately;
Commercial visits to the customer or to our location will be canceled or postponed;
Whenever possible, meetings are held by telephone or online;
Visits by suppliers for e.g. repair or maintenance of machines or office equipment are canceled or postponed;
Delivery services can place parcels on a designated pallet on our premises;
Customers at the counter are still served, taking all preventive measures into account.

Measures workshop activities

In the workshop, work will be carried out at an appropriate distance from each other and with gloves on, if the work permits;
Repair, maintenance, and overhaul will still be carried out, in consultation with the customer. If necessary, we can collect the components or system to carry out the work at our location, on condition that both parties have taken sufficient precautions.

Measures service activities

The measures taken are discussed with the customer and the work can continue when both parties have taken sufficient precautions;
Additional hygiene measures in the service buses;
If the service engineer has doubts about the customer’s health (fever, cough, shortness of breath at the customer), the manager will be contacted to determine the correct preventive measures.
