To set a fully automatic unloading robot in motion, we have supplied 5 hydraulic systems to a customer that operates within the logistics industry and warehousing. The unloading robot is designed to unload and palletise containers automatically, quickly and efficiently. This is a process that allows safe unloading without any physical effort, time and costs.

The unloading robot has a high productivity and is equipped with servo hydraulics and vision technology. Each HPU contains a 4kW electric motor, a 12L/Min pump and a constant pressure of 170 bar.

The HPUs are designed so that they can be built into the machine. The dimensions of the HPUs are within the limits of the restricted space of the machine. The systems are supplied including servo manifolds, accumulator, cylinders, and cooler.

Holland Hydraulics has provided the customer with the entire process, from advice and engineering to installation and commissioning.
