For a controlled door system, Holland Actuators B.V. supplied electro mechanical actuators to a Dutch company in the steel construction industry.

4 actuators, each 35kN, with a stroke of 3390 mm were applied to open and close the sliding doors exactly synchronously with a speed of 27 mm per second. The actuators are excellently resistant to the aggressive and dirty surroundings they operate in.

We provided the customer with consultancy, engineering, and production of the system with controls and our certified service engineers have installed and commissioned the actuators at the customer’s site.
