For a Dutch customer in the machine building industry, Holland Hydraulics has completed a project in which a complete hydraulic system has been delivered for a fence production line. In this fence production line, the machines are used to position, clamp, bend and process raw material into a complete end product.

Through the hydraulic system, with a 18.5kW drive, a pressure of 220 bar and a flow of 46L/Min, the industrial machines are set in motion. The system consists of an HPU, 5 input sections with accumulator for the different functions of the machine, 8 manifolds with valves from Parker for the operation of the different machine functions, and 24 hydraulic cylinders from HEB Hydraulik- Elementebau.

Due to the combination of the accumulator input sections and the manifolds, the system is qualified for higher safety. This is because there is monitoring of the prevailing pressure, which is combined with a shutdown valve. This combination provides good control over the machines’ working process and significantly reduces the risk of an unsafe situation.

In this project, Holland Hydraulics provided the customer with advice, engineering and production.
