Holland Hydraulics B.V. has developed, built and installed a hydraulic system for a 100 ton production press in the automotive industry.

The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic power pack, cylinders, an accumulator set and controls. The hydraulic power pack is designed with a 5.5kW and axial piston pumps with a flow rate of 20L/Min. The proportional valves, with position indication, are mounted directly on both cylinders, allowing a synchronisation of one thousandth.

Holland Hydraulics provided the customer with advice, engineering, production of the system and cylinders, installation and commissioning on site.
