Holland Hydraulics built a hydraulic press, which is used for producing cutting, grinding and finishing products. This system, which consists of a power pack, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic manifold, is used to optimize the current production process.

This hydraulic power pack was engineered with a 30kW drive and a double pump, existing of a axial piston pump with a flow of 66L/Min and a vanepump with a flow of 285 L/Min. The hydraulic manifold, which is specialliy designed for press functions, was built directly on the hydraulic cylinder with a bore of 500mm and a rod of 360mm.

Holland Hydraulics provided the customer with consultancy, engineering, production, installation and commissioning.
