Holland Hydraulics B.V. has delivered various hydraulic systems for projects in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. A custom-made system is used in filter presses to separate solids from liquids. These filter presses consist of multiple filter plates which are pressed together by a hydraulic cylinder under a high pressure of up to 500 bar to prevent leakage between the plates.

4kW electric motors with a double pump were used so the system can switch between high flow – low pressure and low flow – high pressure. This way, the relatively low engine power is fully utilized.

Hydraulic cylinders from HEB Hydraulik Elementenbau GmbH were used, as well as components from Parker to build the power pack and the manifold.

We have provided the customer with advice, engineering, and production of these hydraulic systems. Our certified service engineers installed and commissioned the system on-site.
