For a hydraulic shear used in the German paper industry, Holland Hydraulics B.V. has supplied a hydraulic system that is completely built to the wishes of the customer. The hydraulic shear is used to cut the paper during the production process.

To meet the specific criteria of this system, we have built a 1×18.5kW powerpack with a flow of 100 L/Min. The power pack controls two hydraulic cylinders with a bore of 180mm. The cylinders realize the cutting movement of the scissors while the cylinders are directly connected to the blade.

Holland Hydraulics B.V. has provided the customer with advice, engineering and production of this hydraulic system. The system was delivered by Holland Hydraulics to the customer in Germany.
