Holland Motion Group completed a project in which a hydraulic and electro mechanical system was applied. These systems were built for a tamping machine in the Dutch concrete industry.

Holland Hydraulics has built a hydraulic system used for transporting the concrete tiles after the tamping process. This hydraulic system was engineered with a 30kW drive and an axial piston pump with a flow of 90L/Min. Two hydraulic manifolds, assembled with Parker proportional valves, were used to manage the direction of 4 hydraulic cylinders.

Holland Actuators has built an electrical mechanical system which is used for the setting of a concrete jig. To produce different sizes of concrete tiles the jig can be adjusted to the different measurements. This system consists of 2 x FM2 linear actuators. The servo main drive is assembled on a gearbox which will drive both FM2 actuators by 2 x 500mm shafts.

Holland Motion Group provided the customer with consultancy, engineering, production, installation, commissioning and full training of the hydraulic and electro mechanical system.
