To lower and hoist pallets within the pallatizing process, Holland Hydraulics B.V. has developed a modular hydraulic system which is used for all hydraulic driven palletizers. The customer’s palletizing solutions are used to quickly, efficiently and perfectly stack products on pallets or sheets. These palletizers handle a wide range of products, such as onions, carrots, potatoes, bags of rice, flour, and boxes and crates with smaller vegetables.

The modular hydraulic system we provided the customer with contain power packs that are built with 4kW or 5,5kW e-drives in combination with an 18cc or 28cc axial piston pumps. The hydraulic cylinders were supplied by us as well.

Holland Hydraulics has provided the customer with the entire process, from advice and engineering to installation and commissioning with a full training at the customer’s location.
