Holland Hydraulics develops and builds modular hydraulic systems for production machines and lines in the concrete industry. A wide variety of concrete products are manufactured on these machines, from simple paving stones to complex rainwater channels for drainage at airports.

The latest system supplied has an installed power of 45kW, a separate cooling circuit and a separate high-pressure pump to operate the machine that produces our customer’s premium product. This machine mainly produces roadside edges and sidewalks and large paving stones.

In addition to the use of Bosch Rexroth components, it was a customer-specific requirement that the hydraulic system is developed with extensive modularity so that the system can be used for the entire range of the machine manufacturer. In addition to the brick forming machines, the range also includes the associated handling and transport systems.

In the future, the external pressure generation and the hydraulic control components, which are built into the machine, will be supplied by Holland Hydraulics.
