Holland Hydraulics B.V. supplied hydraulic systems that are used for stationary self-emptying bunkers, conveyors and dump platforms. These moving floors are applied in a bulk material application and are used to reduce handling by allowing vehicles to deliver material to the moving floor. The moving floor will move the heavy bulk material to subsequent stages of a process.

The hydraulic systems move narrow floor slats forwards and backward either in unison, or alternately, which ensures that the waste will be transported automatically.

The hydraulic systems are built with main drives between 7,5 and 55kW. The capacity and amount of drives depend on the amount and capacity of the moving floor. The control manifolds are modular designed and engineered and suitable for all stationary moving floors.

Holland Hydraulics provided the customer with stand-alone hydraulic systems and complete projects which includes; consultancy, engineering, production, installation, commissioning and full training of the complete system at customer’s site.
