To optimize a production process for a customer in the automotive industry, Holland Hydraulics B.V. has developped, built and installed a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic power pack, a cooler assembly and electrical controls.

The hydraulic power pack was engineered with a 18,5kW and 37kW drive and 2 axial piston pumps with a flow of 50L/Min and 100L/Min. A 3kW oil cooler was used to keep the oil on the most optimal temperature level during production. The electrical controls were design and completely installed by Holland Hydraulics.

Holland Hydraulics provided the customer with consultancy, engineering, production, installation and commissioning on site.
