Holland Hydraulics B.V. has developed, built and installed a hydraulic system for the production presses of car tyres in the automotive industry.

The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic power pack and cylinders. The hydraulic power pack is designed with 2 x 45kW with 275L/min pump output and 2 x 7.5kW with 15L/Min pump output. The cylinders of the production lines, in total 5 lines with 6 presses, are maintained, overhauled and replaced once every 5 years by Holland Hydraulics. The hydraulic cylinders are completely produced by Holland Hydraulics.

We have provided the customer with advice, engineering, and production of the hydraulic aggregate and cylinders. Holland Hydraulics also takes care of the service and maintenance of the systems cylinders 24/7, with the aim of reducing downtime and the associated lost production capacity.
