Consultancy about turnkey solutions

The customer is not always sure about what kind of solution, system or product they need for their application. The first step in the whole process is defining the needs. We work closely together with the customer to analyze and define whether the customer needs a hydraulic or electro mechanical solution, or maybe a combination of both. When the type of drive technology, the specific criteria, and the needs are defined, we use our extensive know-how and experience to device the optimal design that meets the exact requirements.

Engineering

Our skilled engineers design and develop the customised solutions which are adapted to the application-specific requirements: from basic engineering to highly detailed designed designs with system specifications and 3D drawings. Our engineers have diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and skills, giving them a unique level of knowledge and experience to meet the requirements. Close and direct cooperation and short internal communication lines allow for quick and efficient project handling, even when the plan is modified over time. The appointed project engineer consults, guides and assists our customer throughout the entire duration of the project, whether it is a basic system or a full turnkey installation.

Production

The well-monitored production process and extensive ensure that our equipment and machinery can fabricate the systems at the highest efficiency and quality and with the highest safety standards. Most of the solutions we offer are assembled at our facilities as supplying our customers with prefabricated solutions reduces time, effort and costs. A Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is performed as a last check of requirements of customer, specifications, quality, and safety, before the hydraulic or electro mechanical system is installed at location.

Controls

The design and assembly of control panels and cabinets, as well as the electrical installation, is carried out working closely with our specialised partners. This to ensure that the controls are in compliance with the required quality and safety standards. We make certain that the controls meet the customer-specific requirements, as controls are also an important aspect of the turnkey solution that we provide to our customers.

Installation

Our experienced and certified technical engineers install the hydraulic or electro mechanical solutions on location. The possible negative impact on the continuity of the customer’s production process is always taken into account and is kept to the absolute minimum. The engineers ensure that the installation process is and remains safe, reliable and efficient at all times.

Commissioning

After installing the hydraulic or electro mechanical system, commissioning on-site, performed by our commissioning engineers, provides reliability and sustainability. Due to an extensive testing procedure, the installed systems and solutions are operational at the optimum and at the highest standards. We use different commissioning procedures depending on the manufacturing process, systems and products used. Our commissioning engineers work closely together with the engineers and employees on location to make sure of the optimal start-up. Following a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and training the system is handed over to the customer as a turnkey installation.

Service and maintenance

After handing over the turnkey installation, we offer our customers service and maintenance. Service and maintenance is an important part of the comprehensive solution that we can provide.

We understand that any delay could have a large impact on the customer’s production process. Therefore we offer a 24/7 service. Through a highly skilled and motivated team of service engineers, we offer our customers a wide range of services. Our engineers are fully trained and certified to operate own equipment and carry out the necessary work on location, in a time-efficient manner, keeping safety in mind and without the loss of quality. The short internal communication lines enable us to respond quickly and adequately when a customer requests for service. With our “Workshop on wheels” we are able to provide service on location, quickly and efficiently.

We can also provide scheduled maintenance, in-house or on location. At the request of the customer, the customer can obtain a maintenance contract. This is to ensure that the installed systems are well maintained and remain to operate at an optimum level.
